Our Mission
"Drive to excellence -- A continuous commitment to customer satisfaction."
Our core values are:
 |
Drive to excellence. Consistency in every aspect of the business will set our position
in the industry as well as meet the customer's expectations. |
 |
Continuous improvement. Each product and service would always have room for improvements
in terms of quality and cost. |
 |
Harmony and respect. Each member is a valuable part of a team. The gain of one is a gain
for all. |
 |
Fairness. We will give the best to our customers, suppliers, employees and stockholders,
and nothing less. |
Its core purpose is to provide customers with quality products and services that more
than satisfy their buyer's expectations. It evolved from the principle of under-promising
and over-delivering.
|

| Our Vision T o be the preferred source for airconditioner parts and services that would enable its
clients to run their vehicles efficiently and effectively for the success of their
companies and the benefit of the Philippine economy.
ZACCS intends to be dominant in share-of-heart in each of the industries that it

| Company Profile In 1996, a newly re-organized of Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) launched the
Trooper model. This sports utility vehicle would be the reason behind the existence of
Zeltec, Inc the company built to primarily serve the air-conditioning requirements
of IPC. The company was a joint venture between M.C. Bernardo Group of Companies and
ESL Automotive, Inc. The basis for this venture was M.C. Bernardo's relationship with
ZEXEL Japan, and ESL's experience in the automotive air-conditioning industry.
On May 16, 1998, ZEXEL Automotive Climate Control Systems (ZACCS) was established to
continue handling the responsibilities of Zeltec, Inc. and to serve the needs of domestic
ZEXEL airconditioner owners and users

All these became possible because of the
professional men and women that led the company to responsibly serve its
customers. The same reason that its sister companies grew to become the
best and biggest in the industries that the compete in...and the markets
that they carefully serve.
